Stained

Powerful,
The stain on your tired shirt;
Oh, all of the things you’ve been through
Since you spilled your coffee,
Last year;
And tired as a stained shirt
That’s been rewashed,
On such a lively individual,
You began to breathe in generosity,
But you still breathe out loneliness.

  1. Kristina I love your imagery! Yes I sometimes feel like a stained shirt. But when I start to breathe deeply deep into my body I can stand in awe of the learnings/blessings I continue to receive through the ups and downs of life.
